Portsdown Classic National B 🥈

First race of the year and a podium finish, a great start for my return to racing.
A new organiser / new event using the discontinued Perfs Road Race Event circuit and now with a new finish, it’s a great circuit to test the legs & see how the winter training is going.
Thank you to Seb Ottley & his team for a really well run event.

2 days after the race I was off to Spain for my first training Camp of the winter, it was also my first time training in Lloret de Mar. There’s some fantastic routes & some great climbs to ride from there. 

It wasn’t all smooth going though, unfortunately I had a pulled muscle mid week and then picked up a cough towards the end so I did miss out on a few of the rides over the 2 weeks.  Overall though I had a great time :) 

I arrived home yesterday after a few days off the bike & hopefully all will be ok in time for this weekend, my next race🤞
