17/3 CTT Classic Series - round 1, a rolling 14.6 mile course in Nomansland which finishes on a really steep climb. 1st in the Road bike category & 1st overall 🥇

23/3 Wim Hendricks Trofee was not the best day out, someone road into the back of me & got held up by some crashes early on so missed the big splits and couldn’t get back across in the crosswinds, disappointing.

Then back in the car quick to get home and ready to race back in the UK the following day

24/3 Azets Spring Classic, a flat 7 mile TT in the morning followed by a 52 mile hilly road race in the afternoon.

Just about scrapped the🥇 in the TT in the morning but I wasn’t feeling that fresh for the afternoon road race. After a long drive home the night before & an early start it was catching up with me. The race was really good fun though, attacks though out, some from me, chased plenty and with 2 laps to go 6 of us pulled clear and had over a minute gap on the remaining bunch, I finished 🥉 & 🥇 overall - A good day out at a well organised local event run by Tom Clements

30/3 RCR FatCreations Road Race

Another great event organised by Seb Ottley from the RCR Team, the race was on the Goodwood Course used for the World Championships in 1982

A real race of attrition, led to a much reduced front group early on, maybe only around 15-20 of us after a couple laps.

With 2 & 1/2 laps to go I was in the leading group of 4, I wanted to get it down to 3 to guarantee a podium spot so I pushed on quite hard and as we took the final lap bell we were down to 3.

On the last lap myself and Connor McGoldrick (Richardson Trek) continued to pull as Rowan Baker (Saint Piran) who was playing the "team role" card sat on comfy until Connor pushed a high pace up the last climb distancing myself In the closing meters and I pushed to the line to take a very solid 3rd

Really pleased with this result, seeing consistency is really promising

A really cold morning but it was good to be back on the TT bike & take the win🥇
